Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager.

Responsibilities will include supervising the Compliance department, inspecting market-ready units, submitting TRACS and HAP payments, and monitoring property reports in Yardi.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of government regulations and policies, as well as experience with Section 8 housing.

A minimum of 3 years of property management experience is required, with a focus on Section 8 housing.

A degree in a related field, such as real estate or business administration, is preferred.

Additionally, certification as a Certified Occupancy Specialist or equivalent is required.
