Lead Building Solutions Expert

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Building Engineer to join our team at Lincoln Property Company. In this role, you will be responsible for directing mobile engineers and supporting field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Chief Engineer in managing daily operations and maintenance of assigned buildings
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on operations and mechanical systems
- Maintain staffing schedules and employment records
- Plan and coordinate engineering work schedules
- Provide data and support for overall planning and long-range projects
- Respond effectively to emergencies
- Maintain and operate HVAC equipment
- Coordinate purchasing and inventory control procedures
- Attend training seminars and stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Assist in Preventive Maintenance Programs and building automation systems
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration system operation and maintenance
- Excellent knowledge of computer applications, including Excel and Word
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
This is a full-time position, requiring standard business hours. Remote work is not an option.
Compensation Package:
The estimated salary for this position is $52.50 per hour, based on industry standards and location. This translates to an annual salary of $108,900.
