CRM Business Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Business Analyst to join our dynamic CRM team at Coty. This new role will be deeply involved in CRM and loyalty projects, supporting the implementation and adoption of CRM and the martech stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of CRM platforms (Klaviyo, Attentive, Yotpo)
- Implement and manage CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies
- Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and work with development teams to implement solutions
- Participate in agile ceremonies to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in business analysis
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus
- Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation and user stories
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, and Yotpo
- Understanding of consent and data privacy policies, including CCPA, CASL, GDPR
