About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President to lead our North America Distribution team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our distribution strategy, managing our relationships with major trading partners and key customers, and driving growth and profitability in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the distribution strategy for North America, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with major trading partners and key customers, ensuring strong partnerships and growth opportunities.
  • Lead the distribution team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of the distribution strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform distribution strategy and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, brokers, and industry partners.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in distribution leadership roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful distribution strategies, driving growth and profitability.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
