AquaPhoenix Scientific LLC is in search of a seasoned sales expert to spearhead and expand business prospects as a Regional Sales Executive, primarily targeting accounts in the Mid-west region of the United States. Reporting to the Industrial Sales Manager, the Regional Sales Executive (RSE) will be accountable for maximizing sales profitability and providing superior support to both new and existing clients, leveraging best-in-class solutions for key accounts. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to cultivate and sustain trusted and positive relationships with customers and prospects, serving as a pivotal point of contact for the organization.

The RSE will articulate the Company's array of products and services, creating expanded opportunities for collaboration with clients, all aimed at a shared mission to ensure a clean and safe global water supply.

  • Exhibit a strong desire to be part of a successful team focused on achieving and exceeding strategic goals and sales targets.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, ethics, professionalism, and integrity in all business dealings and customer interactions.
  • Maintain regular communication with sales teams, senior management, and internal departments, including updating necessary reports and CRM systems.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field, or equivalent experience through a minimum of 3-5+ years in sales with some post-secondary education.
  • A proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales objectives and targets.
  • Familiarity with technology, including the use of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to convey ideas and concepts clearly and concisely to key stakeholders.
  • Internal motivation to succeed without the need for day-to-day supervision.
  • A desire for personal and professional growth within the organization.
