Position Overview:
The Trade Analyst plays a crucial role in addressing pricing discrepancies related to warehouse and DSD invoices. This position collaborates with Customer Service Leaders (CSLs), brokers, and various departments to ensure prompt resolution of issues.

The Trade Analyst is also responsible for managing and maintaining the promotional calendar for designated customers, ensuring that events are accurately set up and approvals are processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily updates on pricing discrepancies using SAP for warehouse orders and Envision for DSD tickets.
  • Conduct daily pricing analysis for EDI warehouse orders and DSD/DEX pricing to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Act as a liaison to facilitate timely resolutions of pricing issues with CSLs, Sales Finance, customer planning teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain backend reporting to track results and identify process improvements.
  • Manage the static calendar, including the creation of BOT files, event approvals, and updates as necessary.
  • Monitor event approvals for assigned regions and communicate with the sales team regarding these approvals.
  • Conduct internal audits of the deduction settlement process to ensure compliance with established requirements.
  • Support the development of Power BI reports as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum: High School Diploma
Preferred: College Degree
Experience:
2-5 years of relevant experience in sales support, SAP, or pricing management.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong data management capabilities.
  • Experience in data analysis and summarizing findings.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and SAP is advantageous.

Working Conditions:
This position is primarily office-based, requiring effective communication with the sales team via email and phone.
