Position Overview: We are in search of a Global People Partner to enhance our dynamic People team. This pivotal role will directly support senior executives and people leaders while collaborating with clients across the globe. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, tackle new challenges, and significantly impact our business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate strategically with clients to assess organizational needs and objectives, devise effective strategies, and implement tailored solutions.
  • Perform continuous analysis of assigned client groups, utilizing metrics and data to inform decision-making processes.
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients regarding all aspects of people and culture, engaging global contacts within the People function.
  • Initiate and support impactful people strategies to enhance business effectiveness across various functions.
  • Drive cost efficiency by implementing relevant strategies and achieving synergy savings targets.
  • Foster accountability and cultivate a performance-driven culture.
  • Act as a change agent during periods of transformation.
  • Contribute to global collaboration and communication with other People functions.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a People Partner (HRBP), preferably within technical organizations, directly supporting senior leadership.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and a PHR, SPHR, SHRM CP, or SHRM SCP certification (or international equivalent); or a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a global technology or SaaS environment, particularly with regions outside of the Americas, including EMEA and APAC, along with knowledge of cultural and legal regulations.
  • Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives and aligning people strategies with long-term business objectives.
  • Ability to drive significant initiatives throughout the organization and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Familiarity with organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and employment law.
  • Strong presentation skills, with comfort in engaging senior leadership and decision-makers.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex issues succinctly.
  • Innovative mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving and organizational diagnosis.
  • Results-oriented and service-minded, establishing credibility and building trusted relationships with business leaders.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain composure and confidence.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
