Position Overview: We are in search of a Global People Partner to become an integral part of our dynamic People team. This pivotal role will provide strategic support to senior executives and leaders, collaborating with clients across various global locations. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace new challenges, and contribute significantly to our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic partnerships with clients to assess organizational needs and objectives, crafting and executing tailored solutions.
  • Perform continuous analysis of the assigned client group, utilizing metrics to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients regarding all aspects of people and culture, engaging with global contacts within the People function.
  • Initiate and support impactful people strategies that enhance business performance across various functions.
  • Drive cost efficiency by implementing relevant strategies and achieving synergy savings targets.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
  • Act as a catalyst for change during organizational transformations.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with other People functions on a global scale.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a People Partner (HRBP), preferably within technical organizations, directly supporting senior leadership.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, along with a PHR, SPHR, SHRM CP, or SHRM SCP certification (or international equivalent); or a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a global technology or SaaS environment, with knowledge of regions outside the Americas, including EMEA and APAC, as well as an understanding of cultural and legal regulations.
  • Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives and aligning people strategies with long-term business objectives.
  • Ability to drive significant initiatives throughout the organization and influence key decision-makers, effectively communicating at all levels.
  • Familiarity with organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and employment law.
  • Strong presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior leadership and decision-makers.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex issues clearly and effectively.
  • Innovative mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving and organizational diagnosis.
  • Results-oriented and service-minded, able to build trusted relationships with business leaders to achieve goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
