We are on the lookout for a Junior HRBP to become a vital part of our expanding team.

In the role of Junior HRBP, you will serve as a key problem solver and a reliable advisor. You will establish trust with both employees and management effortlessly. Your ability to pinpoint opportunities for improvement ahead of others will be crucial, and you will devise effective strategies to address them. If you enjoy working with data and analyzing reports to formulate solutions, this role is for you.

Snapsheet is eager to find a Junior HRBP to enhance the HR function and act as a strategic ally within the operations division. You will engage directly with leaders and their teams, providing guidance and support throughout their journey. Your contributions will influence employee engagement, compensation strategies, performance management, career development, and change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with our Senior HRBP to assist our non-exempt workforce and implement essential HR processes (Performance Management and Career Pathing) for around 450 non-exempt employees.
  • Collect and evaluate data using Human Resources metrics to support initiatives aimed at improving retention and engagement.
  • Provide coaching and advice to front-line managers on employee-related matters, helping them navigate and resolve performance and employee relations challenges.
  • Act as a resource for employees regarding Snapsheet's benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Enhance employee engagement within teams by developing action plans and ensuring accountability with leaders, including touchpoints, rewards, recognition, and performance optimization.
  • Support recognition initiatives to improve the employee experience, including development opportunities and employee assistance.
  • Conduct thorough and impartial investigations when necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to labor regulations and respond to audit requests.
  • Perform additional HR tasks such as exit interviews and stay interviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in a human resources business partner role.
  • Prior experience in Human Resources within a rapidly growing organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating confidence, empathy, and trust to foster effective relationships; capable of engaging with both front-line employees and managers on strategic and operational levels.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes, recognize trends, and formulate recommendations.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for influencing and building strong relationships across all levels.
  • Outstanding time management skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.
  • A passion for utilizing spreadsheets to organize and analyze data.
