Position Summary: We are looking for a Global People Partner to become an integral part of our dynamic People team. This pivotal role will provide strategic support to senior executives and people leaders while collaborating with clients across various global locations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace new challenges, and contribute significantly to our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients to identify business and organizational needs, formulate strategies, and execute effective solutions.
- Perform continuous analysis of the assigned client group, utilizing metrics and data to inform decision-making.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding all aspects of people and culture, engaging with global stakeholders within the People function.
- Initiate and support impactful people strategies to enhance business performance across departments.
- Drive cost efficiency by implementing relevant strategies and achieving synergy savings targets.
- Foster accountability and cultivate a performance-oriented culture.
- Act as a catalyst for change during organizational transformations.
- Engage in global collaboration with other People functions to enhance overall effectiveness.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a People Partner (HRBP), preferably within technical organizations, directly supporting senior leadership.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, along with a PHR, SPHR, SHRM CP, or SHRM SCP certification (or international equivalent); or a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Experience in a global technology or SaaS organization, particularly with knowledge of regions outside the Americas, including EMEA and APAC, and an understanding of cultural and legal frameworks.
- Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives and aligning people strategies with long-term business objectives.
- Ability to drive significant initiatives throughout the organization and influence key decision-makers, effectively communicating at all levels.
- Familiarity with organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and employment law.
- Strong presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex issues clearly and succinctly.
- Innovative mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving and organizational diagnosis.
- Results-driven and service-oriented, capable of building trust and credibility with business leaders to achieve goals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
