Job Overview
The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is an supportive administrative role consisting of responsibilities across the Human Resources department including Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition. Additionally, the position will be client facing and include working with stakeholders across the Company on HR tasks, including, but not limited to executing on HR policies, answering questions, supporting the new hire onboarding process, assisting with recruitment, and organizing meetings/trainings.
Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to HR team including activities like the Joiner/Mover/Leaver process including on-boarding and off-boarding of employees, paying particular attention to standard operating procedures
  • Complete Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files
  • Submit online investigation request and assists with new-employee background checks and fingerprinting requirements
  • Provides support and direction to employees and regarding the implementation and execution of HR policies, standards and procedures
  • Manage HR email inbox to provide timely responses to employee inquiries
  • Partner with Office Manager on New Employee Orientation
  • Support various HR initiatives including mandatory trainings, learning and development, and ad hoc support for processes like maintenance of electronic personnel files
  • Own HR reporting including monthly organizational charts, employee celebration reports, assist with the creation of PowerPoint presentations, reporting using Excel, and other special projects and initiatives
  • Provide coordination assistance to Talent Acquisition with respect to scheduling and enhancing recruitment activities related to overall recruitment
  • Manage physical HR mailbox
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in the handling of highly confidential information

Requirements

  • 2+ years relevant experience and working knowledge of HR best practices, programs and processes
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources and/or related field required, HR certification preferred
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
  • Familiarity with Human Resource Information systems (SAP SuccessFactor, ADP etc.)
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint (Vlookup, etc.)
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and people skills with an affinity for attention to detail
  • Sense of urgency and commitment to high level of client service
  • Critical thinker, self-starter and strong team player
  • Willingness to work onsite in a hybrid environment generally a min of 3 days per week based on business need
