About the Role: Project Implementation Analyst

Our client, Calqulate, is a leading Technology Consulting Firm dedicated to delivering innovative solutions.

Position Overview:

The Project Implementation Analyst will engage with clients to thoroughly understand their objectives and requirements, employing advanced business analysis techniques and software implementation strategies. This position demands proficiency in conducting interviews, analyzing documentation, performing site assessments, facilitating workshops, and managing software lifecycle documentation. The successful candidate will also excel in project management tasks, including invoice reconciliation, agenda formulation, and task monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively collaborate with a diverse range of team members and clients across various sectors.
  • Document and respond to client and vendor inquiries to ensure successful project execution.
  • Oversee the onboarding and setup processes for new client projects.
  • Maintain organized and standardized management of deliverables, documents, and file systems.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with project teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Participate in project meetings, training sessions, and conferences, primarily through virtual platforms, with occasional travel as required.
  • Draft agendas, meeting notes, minutes, and action items.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and progress to the project team, clients, and vendors.
  • Communicate resolutions for requests, issues, enhancements, and deliverable statuses.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in software or project implementation.
  • Familiarity with Project Management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret client business needs and translate them into operational requirements for product and project delivery.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a diverse clientele, including executives and subject matter experts.
  • Genuine interest in the consulting or technology sectors.
  • Willingness to occasionally work evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to travel as necessary for client engagements.
