Position: Project Implementation Analyst

Role Summary:

We are looking for a talented Project Implementation Analyst to work closely with clients, understanding their requirements through comprehensive business analysis and effective software implementation strategies. This position requires proficiency in conducting interviews, analyzing documentation, performing site visits, facilitating workshops, and managing software lifecycle documentation. The successful candidate will also demonstrate strong project management capabilities, including invoice reconciliation, agenda preparation, and task oversight.

Key Duties:

  • Collaborate efficiently with a variety of team members, clients, and stakeholders across different sectors.
  • Document and respond to client and vendor inquiries to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage the onboarding and setup processes for new client engagements.
  • Organize and maintain project deliverables, documents, and folders systematically.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with project teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Participate in project discussions, training sessions, and conferences, primarily in a virtual environment, with occasional travel for client engagements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, minutes, and action items.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and progress to the project team, clients, and vendors.
  • Communicate effectively regarding the resolution of requests, issues, enhancements, and deliverable statuses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in client-facing roles, particularly in software or project implementation.
  • Strong grasp of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to interpret client business needs and translate them into operational requirements for product and project execution.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging professionally with a diverse clientele, including executives and subject matter experts.
  • Genuine interest in consulting or the technology sector.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as necessary.
  • Ability to travel as required, with travel commitments ranging from 10-25%.
