Salary Range: $64,500 - $105,000

Role Summary

As a Software Solutions Analyst, you will play a crucial role as a collaborative partner on various projects, working closely with clients to thoroughly understand their needs and requirements. You will utilize advanced business analysis techniques and software implementation practices. Proficiency in requirements gathering methods such as interviews, document reviews, site assessments, and facilitated workshops is essential. You will also be responsible for requirements analysis and documentation throughout the software lifecycle, ensuring that business processes are clearly defined to meet client objectives.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in delivering requirements documentation, user stories, data mapping, workflow processes, enhancement requests, and issue resolution. Additionally, you will be involved in configuration tasks across enterprise systems and may undertake project management responsibilities, including invoice reconciliation, agenda preparation, and task tracking.

Successful Software Solutions Analysts must possess the confidence to engage with clients and senior team members across various sectors. A commitment to customer success and quality in technology is paramount. Candidates with backgrounds in business analysis, support analysis, or product ownership will find this role both challenging and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Administration
    • Engage effectively with a diverse array of team members and clients.
    • Document and respond to client and vendor inquiries until resolution.
    • Oversee the onboarding and setup processes for new client projects.
    • Maintain organized deliverables and documentation in a consistent manner.
    • Stay current with administrative tasks, including issue documentation, agenda communication, and status reporting.
    • Facilitate and support meetings with project teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Project Meetings and Working Sessions
    • Participate in project meetings, training sessions, and conferences, primarily in a virtual format.
    • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, minutes, and action items, ensuring they are tracked and communicated effectively.
    • Coordinate schedules for meetings involving project teams, clients, and vendors.
    • Provide status updates and progress reports to all stakeholders.
    • Communicate resolutions for requests, issues, and deliverable statuses.
  • Client Deliverables
    • Compile and review configuration documentation and data lists.
    • Execute software configurations and document processes under supervision.
    • Conduct software walkthroughs of configured processes with project teams and clients.
    • Document issues, enhancements, and inquiries with detailed records.
    • Draft business process documentation and software steps in standard operating procedures and user guides.
    • Provide feedback on client and vendor deliverables.
    • Address client and vendor issues and requests promptly.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles or software implementation.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with diverse clientele.
  • Genuine interest in the consulting or technology sectors.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
