Position Title: Project Implementation Analyst

Role Summary:

We are in search of a talented Project Implementation Analyst to work closely with our clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their requirements through sophisticated business analysis and software deployment techniques. This position requires proficiency in conducting interviews, analyzing documentation, performing site assessments, facilitating workshops, and managing software lifecycle documentation. The successful candidate will also be adept in project management activities, including invoice reconciliation, agenda preparation, and task monitoring.

Key Duties:

  • Collaborate effectively with a diverse array of team members, clients, and stakeholders across various sectors.
  • Document and respond to client and vendor inquiries to guarantee successful project delivery.
  • Manage the onboarding and configuration processes for new client initiatives.
  • Systematically maintain and organize project deliverables, documents, and files.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with project teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Engage in project meetings, training sessions, and conferences, primarily in a virtual format, with occasional travel as necessary.
  • Draft agendas, meeting notes, minutes, and action items.
  • Provide consistent status updates and progress reports to the project team, clients, and vendors.
  • Communicate effectively regarding the resolution of requests, issues, enhancements, and deliverable statuses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in client-facing roles, particularly in software or project implementation.
  • Strong grasp of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret client business needs and convert them into operational and application requirements for product and project execution.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a varied customer base, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Genuine interest in consulting or the technology sector.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, with travel requirements ranging from 10-25%.
