Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Program Analyst to support the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Production Modernization Materials Management Programs (NA-19). The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Principal Assistant Deputy Administrator (PADA) for Production Modernization and Materials Management Programs and other Federal and contractor staff as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a wide range of management program assistant duties, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Use advanced computer skills to streamline processes and manage senior executive schedules.
  • Compile briefings, reports, and track actions for the office.
  • Coordinate with Federal and contractor staff to oversee deliverables and actions.
  • Manage physical security of classified safe and administer security procedures for access to controlled areas.
Requirements
  • Active DOE Q clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience working in classified and unclassified environments or a Master's degree with 6+ years of related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience developing briefings for senior and executive management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, ConcurGov travel system, and ATAAPS federal timekeeping system.
