Job Title: Program Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst to support our Navy International Programs. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and evaluating Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs to ensure efficient execution and promote international cooperative Research and Development (R&D) programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of FMS programs to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for efficient execution.
  • Provide support for the Naval Capabilities Development Process (NCDP), Senior National Representative (SNR), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Naval Armaments Group (NNAG), and Five Power SNR Maritime (SNRM) functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient execution of programs, including FMS sales, engineering, technical, and logistics support.
  • Support strategic initiatives to promote international cooperation and interoperability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in program analysis and evaluation, project planning, and control.
  • Desired experience supporting service, joint, or OSD staffs, as well as program offices and PEOs.
  • U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance are required.
