Job Title: Program Analyst

Join Micro Systems Consultants Inc as a Program Analyst and contribute to the success of our clients by providing expert analysis and support.

About the Role:

The Program Analyst will work closely with senior management to address cross-cutting issues and contribute to the mission of the Department and interagency organizations' foreign assistance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the flow of correspondence and documents for senior managers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Analyze responses for accuracy, policy impact, and consistency, recommending revisions when necessary.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, schedules, and meetings for senior management, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Participate in ad-hoc teams, committees, and task forces, providing expert analysis and recommendations.
  • Review Department initiatives and external organizations to assess their potential impact on F policies and operations.
  • Cultivate and maintain close working relationships within F and the Department, as well as with USAID and other organizations.
  • Take full responsibility for keeping Trackers up-to-date and accurate, ensuring reliable and relevant data for senior management and staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel spreadsheet skills, PowerPoint, and Internet applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
