Program Analyst III

Vistant Corp, a public-sector management consulting firm, seeks a highly skilled Program Analyst III to serve as the Director of Foreign Assistance's primary scheduler and principal assistant. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the Front Office, ensuring the smooth execution of the Director's schedule and coordinating logistics of domestic and international travel.
The Program Analyst III will work closely with the team to compile preparatory materials for the Director's daily engagements, maintain current contact databases and organizational charts, and ensure that official records are maintained in accordance with the Federal Records Act.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications. Strong mindfulness and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work quickly to meet competing deadlines.
The Program Analyst III will also be responsible for coordinating or making updates to public and internal websites, participating in relevant technical and managerial meetings, and assisting technical staff in the preparation of various program documents and correspondence.
