Job Title: Acquisition Program Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in acquisition program management to join our team. As an Acquisition Program Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of acquisition programs, including budget preparation, program execution, and oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of acquisition programs, including budget preparation and program execution
  • Provide analysis and recommendations on program requirements, acquisition strategies, and program documentation
  • Conduct research and analysis on program trends, identify issues, and recommend solutions
  • Develop and maintain planning, scheduling, and management data
  • Provide impartial assessments of programs approaching milestone decisions and of prime contractor technical and operational issues
  • Support the HAF review process, including AFROCs, JWCAs, DABs, and Congressional cycle
  • Review and document MDR and FOIA requests
  • Monitor ongoing studies, analyses, and developmental work relevant to weapon systems
  • Support program-specific efforts, including CONOPS development, CDD, CPD, IER, and requirements working groups
Requirements:
  • Active TS Clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Master's degree in a Business, Finance, or Engineering discipline
  • A total of 10 years of acquisition experience in a System Program Office and/or Air Force Headquarters
  • Experience in the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
