Job Summary

As a key member of the Saint Luke's Health System team, the Scheduler, Full-Time Days will provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, physicians, and internal departments. This role involves scheduling tests, procedures, treatments, and services, as well as determining financial accountability and providing information and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule Radiology tests and procedures with patients and providers
  • Provide patient instructions and education regarding preparations for tests and procedures
  • Proactively problem-solve concerns and issues
  • Determine financial accountability and provide information and referrals

Requirements

  • Strong customer service background and medical terminology
  • Prefer experience scheduling Radiology tests
  • Availability: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4:30PM
  • Location: Kansas City metro area
  • Applicable Experience: 1 year
