Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Create a positive and memorable experience for every customer, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of all dispensary products and medicinal qualities, including Sativa, Indica, and Hybrid strains.
  • Product Recommendations: Inquire about potential issues customers may be experiencing, educate them on available products, and tailor recommendations to meet their needs in compliance with state law.
  • Brand Ambassador: Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and values to customers.
  • Team Support: Back up team members as necessary, maintain customer flow, and maintain customer confidentiality.
  • Administrative Tasks: Enter sales orders into the POS system, maintain accurate cash counts, process customer payments, and update sales and inventory records.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: 1+ years in retail and guest services.
  • Passion for Cannabis: Passion for cannabis and ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer Service: Customer service-oriented and team-centered with a positive attitude.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Criminal Background Check: Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID by the start date, which may include submitting fingerprints and passing a criminal background check.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Missouri Cannabis Laws: Familiarity with Missouri cannabis laws and regulations.
  • Cannabis Retail Experience: 1+ years of cannabis retail experience.
Work Environment

This position requires the ability to reach, bend, stoop, sit, and stand, and carry and lift up to 30 lbs. The work environment is an environmentally controlled retail store. This position may require traveling up to 10% of the time.
