Job Overview

This position is a hybrid role, requiring presence in the office for a few days each week.


Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and marketing division. Your duties will include:

  • Managing executive calendars and scheduling appointments.
  • Arranging and coordinating travel logistics.
  • Handling correspondence and processing expense reports.
  • Organizing departmental meetings and preparing presentations.
  • Facilitating virtual meetings and conference calls.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for SOW/PO and trade show matters.

You will also:
  • Provide advanced administrative assistance to senior leadership.
  • Offer backup support to team members as necessary.
  • Utilize company software and Microsoft Office Suite effectively.
  • Maintain and update sales rosters and distribution lists.
  • Plan and execute internal executive meetings, ensuring professional interactions with high-level executives.
  • Participate in key meetings and events as required.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactively manage and resolve scheduling conflicts.
