Tandym Group is seeking a skilled administrative professional to fill the position of Senior Administrative Coordinator. This role is essential in supporting the Chief Development Officer and Chief Financial Officer, as well as managing requests from executive leadership.
Position Highlights:
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Working Hours: 8am to 6pm
- Work Environment: Hybrid with options for remote work
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee executive calendars and team workflows
- Process invoices and manage expense reports
- Facilitate onboarding for new team members
- Prepare materials for meetings
- Manage supply orders
- Keep contact databases updated
- Assist with donor information and reporting
- Enhance financial documentation
- Draft internal and external communications
- Organize filing systems
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a corporate or nonprofit setting
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Raiser's Edge and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong project management capabilities
- Effective problem-solving and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
