Overview:
As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will provide essential secretarial and administrative assistance to senior management. Your role will involve utilizing various business software applications (such as word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet tools) to create correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes. You will be responsible for managing incoming communications, including calls, visitors, mail, and emails. Additionally, you will maintain organized files, records, calendars, and diaries, and may coordinate business travel and meeting arrangements while tracking expenses.

Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include performing general administrative tasks for the department, which may involve preparing correspondence and documents containing confidential information (such as emails, presentations, and reports).

You will schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate events, including creating and distributing agendas and meeting summaries.


Furthermore, you will manage records related to budget information by documenting staff time, travel expenses, and expenditures for supplies and equipment, as well as maintenance and repairs. You will also mentor and support other administrative staff members.

Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include an Associate's Degree.

A Bachelor's Degree is also preferred.

At least 3 years of experience in an administrative capacity is required.

Compensation:


In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, we are pleased to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $29.83 per hour. Please note that this range reflects the base pay only and does not account for additional components that contribute to the total rewards package for the role.
