Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Guy Carpenter. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our senior executives and colleagues, ensuring seamless travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel Arrangements
- Arrange travel accommodations and prepare itineraries for senior executives and colleagues
- Coordinate travel with clients and other stakeholders for group travel events
- Compile travel-related documents as needed
- Arrange and facilitate meetings, teleconferences, and prepare agendas
- Expense Reporting
- Prepare and submit expense reports in accordance with company policies
- Assist in securing missing receipts when necessary
- Submit expense reports through the expense system in a timely manner
- Administrative Support
- Manage calendars for senior executives
- Compose and keep records of standard correspondence
- Communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of relevant administrative experience, including travel arrangement and expense reporting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
