Key Responsibilities:

Position Overview:
As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting essential initiatives and driving the growth of our organization. Your expertise will be pivotal in managing the financial aspects of various projects under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) programs.

Primary Duties:
1. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to oversee the financial health of business operations.
2. Collaborate with leadership to deliver data-driven insights, strategic planning, and mission-focused analysis to enhance operational effectiveness.
3. Prepare detailed reports for management, manage resources efficiently, and identify opportunities for improvement in operational tasks.

Qualifications:
Education:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in financial analysis or related fields.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel for data presentation and manipulation.
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Tableau and LucidChart.
- Strong ability to convert financial data into standardized reports and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Security Clearance:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation for access to sensitive information.
