Job Summary

As a seasoned culinary professional, you will oversee the quality, consistency, and production of our specialty restaurant kitchen. You will lead a team of cooks and workers, ensuring seamless food preparation and presentation. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing menus, purchasing, staffing, and food preparation strategies to meet the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure exceptional performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive menu development, purchasing, and inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 4 years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related field
  • 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field; 2 years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related field
