About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Greater Pittsburgh. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing growth and share of the Keurig Dr Pepper brands in assigned territory, focusing on execution and merchandising. This includes developing and implementing beverage shelf re-allocations to maximize sales, participating in revamped beverage section installations, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to achieve specific volume objectives by providing a seamless customer experience
  • Contact key personnel in assigned accounts to pre-sell products, promotions, displays, point-of-sale material, and service requirements
  • Develop and implement beverage shelf re-allocations to maximize sales of Keurig Dr Pepper brands
  • Participate in the installation of revamped beverage sections, displays, and placement of point-of-sale material according to company merchandising standards
  • Stock and merchandise Keurig Dr Pepper brands in allocated beverage sections, including racks and secondary displays
  • Assist in the sale, placement, and changing of vendors in chain store accounts; check regularly for proper mechanical operation, cleanliness, selection, and product availability
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A strong understanding of the beverage industry and sales principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
