Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to provide territory support to our team in West Virginia and Pittsburgh, PA. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in developing strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our STAR Surgical Specialist, Senior Specialist, and Executive Specialist to develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth in your assigned territory. You will:

  • Work collaboratively with our STAR Consultant to identify target accounts and develop tailored sales approaches
  • Develop strong relationships with MTF customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions
  • Utilize your knowledge of MTF tissue forms and clinical data to educate customers and build a strong network of champions
  • Provide instruction to OR staff and surgeons on proper preparations and utilization of allografts during surgery
  • Assist in achieving annual sales goals for your territory and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies
  • Penetrate target accounts using proven sales skills, including probing, supporting evidence, and closing
  • Assist in inventory management, including consignment audit reporting and managing PORs

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • Documented sales success in generating new sales and maintaining existing business in accounts
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with both sales prospects and corporate management
  • Self-motivation, strong time management and planning skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • A valid driver's license and access to a well-maintained vehicle
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is between $65,000 and $85,000 per year, depending on experience. This estimate is based on national averages for similar positions in the United States.
