- Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and actionable reporting for audiences up to and including senior leadership, governance committees & regulatory bodies.
- Trusted Partner
- Work across business units & functions to drive effective operational risk identification and management.
- 5+ years of relevant operational risk management, compliance, and/or audit auditing disciplines.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Wide breadth of knowledge regarding primary risks associated with the products and services SoFi offers.
- Experience in banking and/or fintech industry, including regulatory experience.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work well cross-functionally across an entire organization.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in risk management, business administration, or related field/discipline.
The base pay range for this role is competitive and will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and location.
This role is also eligible for a bonus and competitive benefits.
