Job Summary

Pride Industries, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, maintaining accurate employee data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including coordinating projects, preparing reports, and updating job listing information.
  • Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIS and payroll systems, including new hire data, benefit enrollments, and performance appraisals.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and provide information on company benefits.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment efforts, including prescreening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruiting files.
  • General Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
Working Environment

This is a full-time position in a normal office environment with limited privacy and some exposure to background noise.
