Job Description

Aviators Wing House and Craft Cocktails is seeking a highly motivated Business & Community Engagement Manager to drive business initiatives and foster relationships with local businesses and the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador: Deliver exceptional guest service and engage with patrons to embody the spirit and soul of the restaurant.
  • Lead Person-to-Person Marketing: Build strong relationships with guests, encourage repeat visits, and promote the restaurant through direct interactions and word-of-mouth.
  • Develop Business Partnerships: Establish and manage business-to-business partnerships to generate group bookings, corporate events, and catering opportunities.
  • Secure Group Sales and Catering: Target and secure large bookings, corporate events, and off-site catering opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Represent the Restaurant: Actively participate in networking events, community gatherings, and special functions to promote services and build valuable business relationships.
  • Design Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-house events to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and elevate brand visibility.
  • Coordinate Community Outreach: Establish partnerships with local organizations and businesses to co-sponsor events, support community causes, and build brand loyalty.
  • Assess Guest Experience: Continuously evaluate the guest experience and recommend enhancements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere and top-tier service.
Requirements
  • Front-of-House Experience: Previous experience as a waiter, bartender, or manager in a dynamic restaurant setting.
  • Community Engagement and Business Development: Proven track record in community outreach, marketing, or business development, with the ability to drive growth and build relationships.
  • Networking and Relationship Skills: Strong aptitude for networking and fostering partnerships with local businesses and community leaders.
  • Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of people.
  • Event Planning and Management: Skilled in planning and executing events, from the initial concept to the final delivery.
  • Analytical Capability: Strong analytical skills to assess the success of engagement and marketing efforts, with the ability to suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Creativity and Innovation: A creative thinker with the ability to develop new ideas and strategies for marketing, events, and customer engagement.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Willingness to work evenings, late nights, and weekends to accommodate events and special engagements.
