POSITION SUMMARY:
We are in search of a driven and proficient Senior Financial Analyst to become a vital part of our finance team. The ideal candidate will take charge of variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, while also crafting compelling narratives from data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of financial outcomes and investigate discrepancies. Generate comprehensive reports detailing these variances.
  • Budget Preparation: Aid in the formulation of the annual budget and financial projections. Collaborate with various departments to collect necessary inputs and assumptions.
  • Forecast Development: Create financial models to facilitate forecasting initiatives. Provide regular updates to forecasts based on actual performance and evolving assumptions.
  • Management Reporting: Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. Emphasize significant trends and performance indicators.
  • Data Storytelling: Transform intricate financial data into clear, engaging narratives that inform strategic decisions. Utilize visual aids to enhance understanding for non-financial stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of converting complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience presenting to board members and executives.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau is advantageous.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
  • Experience in constructing comprehensive financial models is beneficial.
