ROLE OVERVIEW

The Client Experience Specialist will manage customer interactions at our facility, ensuring that communication is effective and leaves a positive impression. This role will also exemplify outstanding customer service while collaborating closely with our veterinary professionals on medical inquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Act as a bridge between veterinary staff and clients to maintain the bond between pets and their owners.
  2. Enhance operational efficiency by managing all communications and anticipating client needs.
  3. Provide timely and accurate information to clients with professionalism and empathy.
  4. Discuss financial options with clients, assisting them through sensitive situations.
  5. Ensure follow-up communications with clients are conducted appropriately.
  6. Utilize customer feedback and telemetric data to identify areas for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passionate about leadership and team dynamics.
  • 1-2 years of experience in high-level customer service.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening and empathy.
