Client Service Associate

VillageCareMAX is seeking a dedicated Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries through our call center. This role is essential in facilitating communication between members and the Interdisciplinary Care Team, ensuring that all client needs are met effectively.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Responding to incoming calls and providing assistance to both members and healthcare providers.
  • Guiding members in accessing necessary covered and non-covered services in alignment with their care plans.
  • Performing data entry for authorizations under the supervision of the Care Management Supervisor.
  • Coordinating appointments with healthcare professionals and services.
  • Helping members choose participating providers to enhance their care quality and outcomes.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare call center or a similar service environment. A high school diploma is required, and an Associate's degree is highly preferred. Bilingual skills in Cantonese/Mandarin are essential.
