About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Executive to join our team at Gallagher. As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients by leading client accounts and developing strong relationships with our clients and vendor partners.

You will be the strategic relationship manager and client liaison, independently leading complex self-funded accounts and maintaining direct account responsibility. You will also be responsible for sharing market expertise with clients and keeping them well-informed of compliance-related issues.

We are looking for a candidate who is able to "cross-solve" with clients to communicate resources available within Gallagher that we may not currently provide. You will champion Gallagher resources and tools to maximize efficiency in managing client deliverables and support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process.

We measure success based on retention and our renewal target is 95%. You will also be responsible for guiding, developing, and mentoring new hires, account management, and team resources.

Prioritize workflow and ensure accountability in both internal and external partnerships. You will align yourself with the account management team to ensure compliance with local and corporate standards.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree plus 5 or more years of client coordination and/or claims management experience, or a High School diploma/GED with 10 or more years of client coordination and/or claims management experience. You must also be appropriately licensed and able to travel approximately 25% of the time.
