Job Summary:We are looking for a talented Systems Engineer II to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for determining requirements for products or systems based on customer information and providing traceability to these requirements. You will also decide how to capture these requirements in specific documents, ensure requirements are clear and concise, and trace the flow of requirements between different parts of the program.

- Ensure requirements are clear, concise, and understandable.
- Trace the flow of requirements between different parts of the program.
- Ensure all requirement changes are assessed for impact to the overall system and subsystems.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of prior systems engineering experience.
- Experience with systems design and requirements engineering on EW/Radar programs.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance.
- Strong RF experience and knowledge of microwave modules.
- Technical team leadership experience of minimum of three engineers.
- Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and digital thread concepts.
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance with investigation within five years.

This role is a U.S.-based role, and if the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
