Position Overview:
The Treasury Administrative Analyst position involves providing comprehensive administrative support across various sectors of UnitedHealth Group's Treasury department. This includes managing both electronic and physical documentation, organizing calendars and meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and expense reimbursements, as well as overseeing real estate, information, and communication services, along with materials procurement.

This role will also extend assistance to several teams within the Treasury department, including Investment Management, Cash Management, Treasury Solutions, Capital Markets, Capital Management, Treasury Accounting, International Treasury, Risk Financing & Insurance, and Enterprise Risk Management, performing a variety of administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage electronic and paper documentation efficiently
  • Organize calendars and plan meetings
  • Coordinate travel logistics and handle expense reimbursements
  • Oversee procurement of real estate, information, and communication services
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience supporting senior executives in an administrative role within a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A mindset geared towards career advancement
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Visio, SharePoint, and Ariba
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, including AdobeSign
  • Experience with DocuSign
  • Knowledge of S&P Concur
