Position Overview:

This position is responsible for offering expert guidance and support to Business Advisors, Retirement Specialists, Account Administrators, and clients regarding compliance issues related to retirement and benefits operations. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in ERISA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance in retirement plan design consultations and address compliance inquiries.
  • Maintain current knowledge of retirement plan regulations and compliance standards.
  • Work collaboratively with legal teams to ensure adherence to retirement plan compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree along with 7+ years of experience in retirement plan compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERISA and the Tax Code.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods and engage in computer work.
  • Occasional requirements for standing, walking, and light lifting.
