The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in ERISA compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance in the design and consultation of retirement plans, addressing compliance inquiries.
- Maintain current knowledge of regulations governing retirement plans.
- Work collaboratively with legal teams to ensure adherence to retirement plan compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree along with over 7 years of experience in retirement plan compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of ERISA and the Tax Code.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Personal Attributes:
- Proactive and quick to learn.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer.
- Occasional requirements for standing, walking, and light lifting.
- Vision capabilities necessary for the role.
