This role is part of our Treasury department, which plays a critical role in supporting the company's financial operations. As a Treasury Administrative Analyst, you will assist various teams within the Treasury department with administrative tasks, including document management, calendar planning, travel arrangements, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Assist in the management of electronic and paper documents, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Calendar and Meeting Planning: Coordinate calendars and plan meetings for Treasury department teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Travel and Expense Reimbursement: Arrange travel and process expense reimbursement for Treasury department personnel, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Procurement and Coordination: Coordinate procurement of real estate, information and communications services, and materials for the Treasury department.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various Treasury department teams, including Investment Management, Cash Management, and Treasury Accounting.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in an administrative capacity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and relationship skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Reside within commuting distance from Minnetonka, MN.
Preferred Qualifications
