Position Overview:
The Treasury Administrative Analyst position involves providing support across various functions within UnitedHealth Group's Treasury department. This includes managing both electronic and physical documents, organizing calendars and meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expense reimbursements, and overseeing procurement of real estate, information, and communication services.

This role will also assist multiple teams within the Treasury department, including Investment Management, Cash Management, Treasury Solutions, Capital Markets, Capital Management, Treasury Accounting, International Treasury, Risk Financing & Insurance, and Enterprise Risk Management, with a variety of administrative tasks on either a temporary or ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage electronic and paper documentation
  • Organize calendars and schedule meetings
  • Coordinate travel logistics and expense reimbursements
  • Oversee procurement of real estate and communication services
  • Perform additional duties as required
In this role, you will be recognized for your performance in a challenging environment that provides clear guidance on success and opportunities for development in other roles of interest.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience supporting senior leaders in an administrative role within a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • A mindset geared towards career advancement
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Visio, SharePoint, and Ariba
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat, including AdobeSign
  • Knowledge of DocuSign
  • Experience using S&P Concur
