Responsibilities:
  • LEADERSHIP
    • Lead strategic planning efforts for the Industrial sector to set goals, design standards, and procedures.
    • Oversee and discuss the plan implementation with the Industrial team.
    • Act as a mentor for the team, supporting their development and educational growth.
  • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
    • Contract new work to meet sector goals.
    • Collaborate with the team to manage the Industrial market budget.
    • Build strong networks with professionals in the industry for business development.
  • MARKETING
    • Improve methods for promoting the company within the market sector.
    • Manage and execute marketing efforts for specific projects.
    • Provide thought leadership and advocacy for the company within the sector.
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT
    • Supervise project teams and mentor less experienced managers.
    • Drive project results and ensure adherence to the company's design standards.
    • Oversee project financials and billing processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering; Master's Degree is a plus.
  • Professional expertise in design and project management within the Industrial industry.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and understanding of the market sector.
  • Excellent skills in business development, negotiation, and client management.
