Position Summary:
The Senior Field Marketing Specialist will spearhead strategic initiatives and accelerate pipeline development for selected US Enterprise accounts, specifically targeting our digital-sized market unit.

This role reports directly to the Director of Commercial Field Marketing for Enterprise Americas and will engage with various cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product marketing, market development, and operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of field marketing, a passion for customer engagement, and the ability to prioritize and coordinate campaigns effectively to drive pipeline growth and meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to ensure a robust pipeline for consistent growth.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to create and execute pipeline acceleration initiatives.
  • Analyze, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs.
  • Engage proactively with sales and product marketing teams to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Adapt marketing strategies in response to market changes for optimal results.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate campaign outcomes to sales teams.

Qualifications:
Applicants should have a degree and 5-10 years of marketing experience in the B2B sector, with a proven track record of developing successful plans that drive pipeline and revenue growth. Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms is essential.
