**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Adams Outdoor Advertising. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading a team of sales executives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a minimum of five years of experience in the industry. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate others and work under pressure.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with advertising sales objectives, overseeing and monitoring all areas of account executives' daily assignments, and functioning as a business leader utilizing core leadership principles in recruiting, training, motivating, and developing a group of account executives into a cohesive team.

You will also establish rates that account for the inherent value of market assets and ensure that AEs adhere to rate structures when presenting proposals to clients and prospects. Additionally, you will conduct performance reviews and take appropriate progressive disciplinary action when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing or equivalent experience
  • Five years of advertising or relevant sales experience
