Sales Territory Manager Lead

Ethos Holding Corp is seeking an experienced Sales Territory Manager Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth in assigned territories.
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned sales leader who is passionate about delivering results and building strong customer relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on territory planning and sales strategy development
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a medical sales environment
- Demonstrated track record of success in sales leadership and customer relationship building
Additionally, you should possess excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
