NA SMB Business Development Director

Lenovo is seeking a dynamic and strategic sales leader to join our team as the Director of North America SMB Business Development. This growth-oriented role is responsible for driving the activation of new or nascent opportunities central to accelerating revenue and market share gains.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand Lenovo's footprint in the SMB segment across North America.
- Lead a high-performance team that drives new SMB opportunities for all Lenovo products with an omnichannel go-to-market plan.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless omnichannel experience for customers and channel partners.
- Engage with key retail and e-tail customers, channel partners, and executives at small and mid-sized businesses to elevate the Lenovo brand.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to track and measure success, providing regular feedback to senior leadership on progress and opportunities.
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of people management experience
