Qualifications for our Chief Executive Officer:
- Friendly and collaborative with a meticulous work ethic

- Generous and approachable, favoring detailed, skill-based tasks

- Patient, diligent, and a cooperative team player

- Bachelor's degree required

- Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration

- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

- Proven success in leading high-performing teams as a Chief Executive Officer in the Senior Living/Long-term care sector

Benefits of joining our team:
- Competitive annual base salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, with potential bonuses up to $40,000.

- Comprehensive benefits package including Health, Vision, Dental Insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, and Unlimited PTO among others.

Responsibilities of the Chief Executive Officer:
- Oversee the overall management, leadership, growth, and profitability of the community.

- Plan, develop, direct, monitor, and support all operational, administrative, health & wellness, human resources, customer service, and financial activities to ensure quality and consistency with company standards.

- Actively promote the company’s mission, philosophies, and values in all daily interactions.

- Cultivate and maintain positive partnerships with the broader Stellar Senior Living Company and the assisted living industry.
