About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at James Edward & Companies Group. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a group of sales representatives and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Sales Team Performance: Directly supervise and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor Sales Metrics: Track and analyze sales metrics, such as sales revenue, customer acquisition, and retention rates, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 2-3 Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles, tactics, and strategies.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
  • Leadership and Coaching Skills: Proven leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales representatives.
